קריאה של דו"ח מבקר המדינה בדבר מערך הייעוץ החינוכי בישראל אינה מחדשת אלא מעמידה את סוגיות הליבה שבעוכרה של הפרופסיה על השולחן ומבססת עמדה מגובשת לרבות המלצות יישומיות למקבלי ההחלטות. מהכרות עם המחקר בתחום הייעוץ, כתבתי חיבור המאגד תת נושאים המצוים במוקד הדיון על עתידו של הייעוץ, המאמרון מלווה בביקורת נוקבת על כפל התפקידים - "מורה-יועץ", על העדר תקינה, על העדר אחריותיות ובקרה על התערבויות ייעוציות בבתי-הספר, על עמימות נמשכת בתפקיד היועץ, על ריבוי המטלות שאינן בזיקה לייעוץ ועוד...לבסוף, מזמין את מי שמאמין בכוחו של הייעוץ, לעסוק בסנגור מקצועי ולהמשיך לקדמו.

 

Attachment theory has inspired an explosion of research on personality development, close relationships,and the complex interplay between individual and relationship processes in all phases of the lifespan. In recent years, the theory has been extended to organizational settings. Over three decades of attachment research has been applied to people’s attitudes, performance, and social relationships within large organizations, such as the workplace, the army, and community groups. The present paper aims to advance an integrative perspective that would bridge the psychological and sociological aspects of attachment.
