i am finding myself in a dilema at this point, any feedback will be appreciated.

i am currnetly finishing up a year long full time internship in the united states. have been dreaming about returning to israel ever since i started here. teh thing is- the professional "va'ada" is being bvery unresponsive - i have a hard time figuring out what i will be required to do to finish up my requirments for a hitmachut- will i be rquired to do inpateint or not (the place where i'm at now- provides 24/7 care for the pateints, but functions as a rehabilitative facility rather than inpatient- but certainly not outpatient. theu offered me to stay for a nother year with a very generous salary. so whats it going to be- work with cliets that have a dual diagnosis of a mental illness and mostly mental retardation, which makes them not very verablly intruging or stimulating, or go back to the unknbown in israel and teh struggles financially? is it that bad is israel, or is it somehow possible to make a living as an intern?

would appreciate feedback as soon as possible, as i need to make a desicion very very soon.
