hi everyone,

I'm a psychologist working Canada and I plan to return to Israel in December 2004. I was told that I should first register in Pinkas Hapsychologim.

I found the registration forms online but I'm not sure where to send them to and whether I would need any supporting documents otehr than my PhD and MA diplomas. 

I would appreciate any help from people who have gone through the process
